Questions
The things people ask before they call.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends entirely on the scope, so you get a schedule before the work starts rather than a guess. Every figure on our portfolio pages is the real one: an exterior facelift ran six days, a primary suite with the bathroom rebuilt back to the studs seventeen, and a four-bedroom interior renovation fifty-seven.
Do you offer free quotes?
Yes. Quotes are free and carry no obligation. We would rather come and look at the house properly than put a number to it over the phone.
How soon can work begin after a quote is approved?
It depends on what is already on the calendar. When you approve a quote you get a start date in writing, not an estimate, so you know exactly where you stand before you commit.
Do you handle all permitting?
When a project needs a permit, it is pulled by the licensed contractor or trade responsible for that work, and we schedule around the inspections.
Can homeowners stay in their home while work is being done?
Yes, we work with customers to ensure they won't need to leave. There could be an exception to this if it would be a safety hazard for them to be in the home.
Who will actually be on my job?
The people who walk your house on the first visit are the people who finish it. Adrian runs every project and is on site through the build, so the person you ask is always the person who can answer.
What happens after I get in touch?
You answer a short questionnaire, one question at a time, or send a mood board, so our first conversation starts somewhere useful. If it reads like a fit, we come and walk the house with you and talk about what it actually needs.
