Savannah Interior Refresh

A full interior refresh — new flooring and trim through every room, replaced fixtures, and paint from end to end.

Not every project needs walls moved. This one needed everything that meets the eye replaced, and the discipline to do it consistently.

New flooring runs through the whole house, laid in one direction across the open plan so nothing interrupts the line from the living room to the back doors. Trim, casings and doors were replaced rather than repainted, which is the difference between a house that looks freshened and one that looks new.

Fixtures went in last — fans, lights and hardware chosen to match rather than to be noticed.
